St. Mary Coptic Orthodox Church - Ann Arbor, MI

The first liturgy for St. Mary Coptic Orthodox Church of Ann Arbor was celebrated in December, 1993. Five families consisting of 14 members attended. Fr. Mina Essak prayed the first liturgy in a rental church. Today, the church consistes of approximately 24 families comprising 65 members. The congregation has purchased a 12-acre parcel of land located on Dixboro and Joy Roads on the north east side of Ann Arbor. The future church design and site planning stages are in progress. All services are currently held at a temporary rental location - Northside Community Church, 929 Barton Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 49113.

St. Mary and St. Mina Coptic Orthodox Church - Grand Rapids, MI
St. Mary and St. Mina Coptic Orthodox Church was established by a small Coptic congregation in the greater Grand Rapids area. The congregation is served by Fr. Maximus Habib of St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church in Troy. Services are held the first Saturday of every month at a temporary rental location - First Church of Nazarene, 3765 Kalamazoo Ave S.E., Grand Rapids, MI 49508.
